I currently work at Blue Label Labs where I am the sole Technical Project Manager of the Hyer mobile application.
My previous role was at Sports Systems (acquired by Ticket Manager) where I owned and managed mobile and web application products for high-visibility clients in the sport, media, and entertainment industry. I was a liaison between the client and our internal team which included the sales team as well as the engineers. I led the project through all parts of the development cycle, including product conception, wireframe creation, managing the product backlog and sprint planning, quality assurance as well as deployment. I ensured key delivery dates, budgets, and the expectations of my clients were met with efficient time management, effective communication, and quick problem-solving. My role included daily use of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, JIRA, and Trello.
Working on a fully remote team, I solved customer support technical issues, handled new client training as well as feature implementation.
Pivoting out of sports, I provided data analysis for Thomas Jefferson University. I used my interest in numbers, math and finance to create useful data summaries and presented my results monthly to leadership.
While studying for my Masters, I also supervised ten student managers and ran the equipment operations for the football team. I also coordinated the travel of all personnel and equipment.
After graduating college, I assisted Hall of Fame coach Herb Magee in all aspects of the basketball program. During this time, I learned how to lead a team as well as how to run an organization.
As a manager for the men’s basketball team, I learned valuable time management skills as I balanced being a student and working 30+ hours a week during the season including traveling to every away game.
I received my Master’s Degree at Temple University and focused on data analytics.
I studied Sport and Entertainment Management at South Carolina. At the time, I thought I wanted to work in sports, but have pivoted to technology.
